Are you longing for some pampering but are too short on time? Here are a few of my quick tips to get you feeling fabulous at home!
1. Bring the spa home
(After you put the kids to bed of course) ?. Light up some candles, turn off the lights and take a hot bath. I love to use my favourite bath bomb and a swirl of bath oil to soak in.
2. Treat your hair
While in the bath give your hair some love and treat it with an in-hair treatment. Keep it simple. I love to use natural avocado and almond oil – it’s a perfect combo to soften and nourish my hair.
3. Love a good mani
Exfoliate your hands and feet with a little olive oil, sea salt and brown sugar, massage into the skin then rinse clean. Finish off your mani – save time and money by opting for a high-quality nail polish as your colour will last longer.
